Level Four Service

For the next step in personal service, Level Four offers a wide range of on-site services.

If you would like to present your tenants with an occasional event such as an Open House or Tenant Luncheon, Special Event Coordination is a viable option and one of our specialties!

For any Gift Fair or party, you will receive an experienced Host who will be your Personal Coordinator throughout the activity.

From concept to clean up, your personal Concierge will handle all aspects of the event.

Possible activities for communities such as yours could include Book Fairs, Ice Cream Socials, Health Fairs, Fourth of July BBQ, Earthquake Preparedness seminars, or aweekly Yoga class.

Our Concierge will be at your beck and call to ensure the success of any event you wish to host.
